Anytime, Anywhere Mini Cardio Workout
This is a throwback to 2 years ago when Mitch and I climbed Machu Picchu. After reaching the top, I was antzy and needed to get out some extra energy. So, here I am doing Squat Jumps, Jump Lunges, and Burpees on the side of the mountain, above the clouds. A true testament to my LIVE Online Training platform that you very much can workout "Anytime, Anywhere" and that “Anything is better than nothing!”
You have options for this workout:
Exercises: Squat Jumps, Jump Lunges, Burpees
AMRAP: Pick an amount of time, set a timer and do 10 reps of each exercise as many times as you can in that set amount of time.
Tabata: Set a timer for 20secs of exercise with 10secs of a break (Tabata Pro is the app I use for this). Perform 20secs of Squat Jumps, 10secs break, 20secs of Jump Lunges, 10secs break, finally 20s of Burpees, 10secs break. Try to repeat this as many times as you can, aiming for 4-8 rounds.
Note: If jumping doesn’t work for you, you can do Squat to Tippy Toes, Fast Reverse Lunges, and Burpees to Tippy Toes.
