3 exercises, 30 seconds each, done 3x
30s Burpees
30s Mt Climbers
30s Speedskaters
3x
If you can, try to do it 3x with no breaks. If you need it, pause the video and take your break at the end of each round. If you really really need it (emphasis on “need”, not “want”), you take your breaks whenever. Just remember, the less breaks, the better as long as you can keep going! 💪
