Quick CARDIO & LEGS Workout - AT HOME!
How much time do you have to workout? Seriously, how much time? 5 minutes? 10 minutes? 3.5 minutes? Pick an amount (obviously the longer the better), set a timer, and do the following 4 exercises, AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE, in that amount of time. #noexcuses
Take breaks when you need it, then go back to it. Emphasis on need, not want. Remember, something is better than nothing, so just do it!

Difficulty: intermediate to advance
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
5x Pop Jacks
10x Side Shuffle Floor Touch (10 each side)
15x Jump Lunge, Squat, Lunge
20x Speedskater to Curtsy Squat (10 each side)
Note: To modify this workout to a lower intensity, you can do all the exercises and just eliminate the “jump”. For Pop Jacks, just step it forward and back, same with the side shuffles and Squat/Lunges. As for the last one, you can just do Alternating Cursty Squats instead of this combo. Does this make sense?
